When you sign a 2-year customer agreement on a qualifying
voice plan with BlackBerry® data February 1, 2010 through
March 31, 2010.
Clip out original product label with IMEI number and PIN
number from the side of the product package. Do not
submit a photocopy of the original.
Make a photocopy of the original purchase receipt detailing
the date and product purchased.

While supplies last and at participating locations. Offer ends
March 31, 2010. $35 activation fee and $200 early
termination fee apply. Purchased unit must remain activated
and be current for at least 30 days to qualify for offer and
must be activated on the qualified voice plan with BlackBerry
data at the time your request is processed to be eligible.
